Equipment Operator- Mulch Yard

POSITION VISON:

Maintain the Central Tree mulch yard/Property in an orderly manner. Load mulch into customers trucks/trailers. Provide routine daily equipment care and communicate required maintenance through company portal to mechanic. Keep building and property cleaned and maintained.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Cooperative and multi-tasking individual who can perform with their head on a swivel. Has the ability to continue to grow and out perform expectations. Continually eager to learn and improve skills. Self starter with good organizational skills to keep yourself and the yard clean and organized.

TOP 5 RESPONSIBILITES

• Check dump piles for foreign debris/garbage and remove
• Turn outer surface of mulch piles to keep them fresh
• Load customers and delivery trucks
• Keep mulch yard and building clean and maintained
• Help clean, maintain, and grease company equipment

• Breakdowns prevented by removing debris/garbage

Yard Forman Position also available-Same requirements as abovebut would be the key contact for all yard operators and help provide direction. Ideal candidate could speak English and Spanish.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
