As an Agronomy Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our agronomy team by assisting with the delivery of agronomy products to customers. You will also be responsible for assisting with the loading of agronomy products onto customer trucks, as well as unloading grain products from company-owned and customer-owned trucks.
In this role, you will work closely with our agronomy team to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of products. You will also be responsible for providing assistance in the scheduling, mixing, and loading of liquid/dry fertilizer and chemicals, as well as ensuring the accuracy of mixing chemicals and fertilizers. Additionally, you will assist with blender operations and drive company-owned trucks for the purpose of transferring grain and agronomy products.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to establish effective working relationships with internal operations and external customers. A strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills are also required. We prefer candidates who are able to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements, as well as a Commercial Applicator's License.
