As an Intern for Central Valley Ag Cooperative you will have an all-encompassing summer experience. CVA's hiring managers will work with each student selected for an internship to set specific goals within their area of study and job responsibility. CVA wants each student to maximize the education and fun they will receive this summer.
Internship Responsibilities:
1. Attend the scheduled internship program days such as:
- Intern Orientation
- Nebraska OR Kansas Co-op Council
- University of Nebraska-Lincoln Ropes Course
- Sales Training
- Ag Olympics
- Professionalism Day at CVA headquarters in York, NE
- Regional Tours
2. Complete job responsibilities as assigned
3. Work with Internship Supervisor to set goals and day-to-day job duties
4. Job shadow at least two other divisions within CVA
5. Complete Internship Program Project and deliver to CVA Leadership
6. Keep and share Internship Weekly Log
