Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement.
- Fabricate parts as needed to restore vehicles effectively.
- Weld and solder components to ensure structural integrity.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer.
- Apply automotive paint using spray guns, ensuring a smooth finish that meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto body repair, preferable
- Proficiency in welding, soldering, and working with sheet metal.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients regarding their vehicle repairs.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
