Responsibilities
- Performs critical tasks for outstanding patient care
- Checks and records patient vital signs
- Ensures patient remains clean and comfortable through appropriate bathing and grooming
- Feeds patient and documents food and liquid intake
- Helps with patient documentation
- Assists with medical procedures under direction of RN
- Answers patient call lights promptly and courteously
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Utah certification
- Ability to remain flexible and calm in a demanding environment
- Ability to prioritize and use good judgment during moments of crisis
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate a variety of pressing issues with frequent interruptions
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
