POSITION: Assistant Welding Instructor
LOCATION: Winton
SALARY: 40K to 49K Per Year, Full Time. Benefits including 401k.

: Assists instructor with student observation, safety training and instruction for students with various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds in the fields of welding and industrial maintenance.
:
1. Assists in the instruction of MIG, TIG, oxy/acetylene, arc welding, production maintenance,
equipment repair techniques, electricity, plumbing and hydraulics.
2. Administer competency exams, monitor progress & attendance.
3. Maintain clean and safe working areas and equipment.
4. Perform necessary related repairs to the centers.
5. Maintain inventory control systems on tools and equipment, order welding supplies as necessary.
6. Performs duties of instructor in instructor’s absence.
7. Other duties as assigned.
:
1. High school diploma or G.E.D.
2. A minimum of 1 year demonstrated welding experience or education in the welding field.
3. Bilingual English/Spanish/other languages.
