What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Safety Specialist position at Central Valley Search Partners?
Large agriculture company in the Oakdale/Turlock area is looking for a Field Safety Specialist. This is a newly created position due to overall growth of the organization and will report into their Director of EHS. This role will be 100% field based and will be responsible to travel to all the different ranches in this aera to have direct oversight of safety functions and will work closely with the farm managers and foreman as needed. Will also have a direct dotted line into Human Resources.
Farming experience is preferred, but we are open to outside industry experience as well. A minimum of 3-5 years of EHS Safety experience is required. We are also open to someone more at the senior level.
