Join Our Team : Part-Time Home Health Administrative Assistant
Schedule : 20 hours, M-F, 1PM-5PM

Who we’re seeking : We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable administrative professional with strong office support skills and a commitment to quality care and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with Home Health Clinical Managers, efficiently assist with scheduling systems, track and produce reports, and perform a wide variety of administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, along with the ability to interact professionally with staff and the public. This role requires exceptional time management, flexibility to meet operational demands, and the ability to work independently while handling frequent interruptions. Your Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : Assist Clinical Managers with scheduling, document preparation, reporting, and general administrative tasks.
- Communication & Confidentiality : Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff.
- Scheduling & Coordination : Assists with electronic scheduling, track changes, and provide backup support as needed.
- Meetings & Reporting : Record meeting minutes, transcribe physician orders, and track data including admissions and recertifications.
