Travel Home Health / Hospice RN is needed to start ASAP for Home Health in Vermont. 2 years of experience is required. BLS and Oasis experience are required. Home Health experience is required. Home care traveler experienced in Oasis so that they can also case manage. Guaranteed hours is 36 but they might get 40 hours. Shifts are Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.
