Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you'll:
- Deliver exceptional in-home nursing care for pediatric patients requiring advanced medical support.
- Operate and manage advanced medical equipment including ventilators, tracheostomies, feeding tubes, and more.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to create personalized care plans.
- Educate and support families in understanding and managing their child’s medical needs.
- Facilitate care transitions between hospitals, homes, and other care settings.
- Advocate for the needs and preferences of patients and their families withing the healthcare system.

- Active Vermont RN license, BSN preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric care, palliative care, or related field. High-tech nursing is preferred.
