Complex Care Assistant

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services team to cover day shifts in Middlesborough.

You'll Be Part Of a Team Providing Care And Support To Three Boys Aged 4, 7 And 9 Who Have Complex Care Needs As a Result Of a Congenital Brain Disorder, Who's Individual Needs Include

• PEG Feed
• Oxygen and saturation monitoring
• Seizure management
• Medication Management and administration
• Personal Care
  
  

We are looking for a carer with previous experience and driving licence to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 3.30-8.30 and Sunday 1pm to 6pm, with the potential for additional shifts to cover sickness and holidays for other members of the care team.

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

• Previous experience
• Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
• You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
