Job Description
The Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist plays a vital role in the success of our Real Estate Department. This individual will work closely with the Director of Real Estate Lending to provide operational and clerical support in all areas of real estate lending.
Key Duties
- Servicing and reviewing real estate loan documents.
- Processing and funding real estate loans.
- Ensuring timely completion of the Credit Union's security interest.
Working Conditions
- Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary.
- Ability to sit or stand within proximity of a computer terminal for extended periods.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
