The Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist will be part of our Real Estate Department, supporting the Director of Real Estate Lending in achieving team goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Servicing and reviewing real estate loan documents.
- Processing and funding real estate loans.
- Communicating with internal staff, members, and external parties regarding real estate loans.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent business experience.
- A minimum of one year mortgage servicing experience preferred.
- A basic understanding of real estate mortgage loan terminology.
