The Role:
The Maintenance Specialist completes all scheduled and assigned building and grounds maintenance tasks and maintenance inspections at all company facilities as directed by supervisor.
Our Maintenance Specialist will perform the following duties;
- Conduct routine maintenance checks at all facilities
- Completed maintenance tasks
- Logs the status of maintenance activities(s) to ensure a safe and pleasant environment
- May perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Completion of a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
- Completion of a Background Check
- Satisfactory Driving Record
- 2 years of general maintenance experience is required
