Who you are:
Proven ability to provide exceptional support to customers with a high degree of empathy
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. You can explain difficult concepts in simple, clear terms.
Strong project management and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail, effective time management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Demonstrated bias for action and desire to continuously learn
Wherever you come from, you are at the top of your peer group
1-2 years experience at a technology company in a support, biz ops or strategy role, consulting firm, or finance firm
What you will do:
Deliver fast, clear, and delightful customer support. You will handle support work and triaging with a high degree of responsibility and ownership
Create and refine systems and processes to help Central scale
Coordinate with various federal, state and local government agencies to help unblock customers
Review and manage inbound communications related to state and local tax registrations
Leverage internal software tools and spreadsheet software to analyze data and execute tasks
Partner with engineering and other teams at Central to help make process and product decisions

Compensation Range: $75K - $90K
