Job Summary:
This role drives all people development, culture and engagement programs and initiatives by designing online, face-to-face, blended, and on-demand training opportunities. This role also drives cross-functional collaboration to support large-scale organizational change management efforts and organization development activities.
Job Duties:
• Assists team members through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; adhering to clear timelines through all phases, updating key partners, and supporting appropriate measurement for successful implementation
• Creates, maintains, and distributes training reporting for departments
• Organizes and maintains training and performance management scheduling
• Supports organizational development programs focused on learning and development, performance management, career pathing, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Helps to create engaging training opportunities and instructional resources for our employees
• Supports and communicates logistics for training & projects of an instructional nature
• Collaborates with multiple teams within the organization to gather content for instructional design
• Conducts needs assessments, focus groups, or employee interviews and works with teammates to identify areas for improvement and professional development
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with key internal clients
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
