Job Summary
The role is responsible to provide reporting and analytical support to assigned managers to support operational decision making. The role will compile, analyze, interpret, and present data related to current and future operations. The role will create reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business changes.
The role looks at resources, areas of strength and weakness in the business, and makes projections. With their research, they can uncover any concerns and help the company navigate resolutions.
Job Duties Include:
- Analyzes, tracks, and reports on key organizational and business metrics, enabling divisions to reach efficient solutions.
- Aggregates and performs statistical analysis on business data based on requests from project teams or senior leadership.
- Integrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed.
- Writes queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects. Interprets data to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for process improvement.
- Prioritize many tasks effectively to ensure high preference requests are resolved promptly.
- Maintains high integrity and confidentiality regarding financial information.
- Ensures that internal and external business policies are adhered to and that programs initiated align with the overall strategy and vision of the organization.
- Ensure that individual performance meets or exceeds department standards.
- Work with a wide range of disciplines and personalities, both internally and externally.
- Recognized as subject matter expert and advanced individual contributor professional.
- Ability to lead internal meetings and join customer-facing meetings as required for escalations and issues that require services intervention.
- Work with the managers and directors to lead initiatives for process improvement.
- Provide Audit data on ongoing projects.
- Conducts highly complex work, with limited supervision and with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in finance, business analysis, or operations analysis
- Strong working experience in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced proficiency in Excel (Python is a huge plus but not a requirement)
- Strong working experience in Salesforce
- Very strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs, maintaining a high degree of flexibility
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to learn new applications and system features quickly
- Takes initiative to improve company processes
