The Role
This role collaborates within cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading user experiences across a suite of products. This role will communicate and present to key stakeholders regarding user needs and design solutions with a passion for understanding user needs and building solutions to support them.
Job Duties
- Creates user journey, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mock-ups, and prototypes
- Conduct independent research to collect and analyze user behavior through usability studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, and benchmark studies
- Communicate research findings to cross-functional teams through design solutions, written reports, and / or in-person presentations
- Develop strong domain expertise
- Work with senior design peers to execute user studies to validate design concepts
- Proactively address self-identified skill gaps as well as those identified by peers
- Build consensus by presenting design work and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Actively participate in improving cross-functional and Design team collaboration
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
