Position : Azure Data Engineer
Location : Louisville, KY (Onsite / Remote)
Duration : Full-time
Job Description :
- 10 years of experience in defining the efficient data model for the complex functional requirements.
- 4 year of Experience in working on Azure SQL database -Hyperscale, Azure Synapse, ADLS and OLTP
- He should be 5 years of experience in Database Design (Relational, X12, JSON, and file) which supports multiple datatypes with multiple database types (RDBMS, DW, BigData etc.)
- Experience in working with structured & unstructured Data Stores like Azure SQL Data Warehouse & Azure Data Lake and writing stored procedures.
- Ability to do the performance tuning.
- Building the next generation storage and compute for Azure SQL database (preferably Hyperscale) and Azure Synapse that can scale to several petabytes of data while providing single digit latency access.
- Capable of creating designing database solutions for Data Ingestion, Transformation, Storage, Analysis (data understanding & mapping), Processing, and Consumption
- Experience leading a team of Database developers - Offshore and Onshore
- Hands on experience in Azure SQL and Azure Synapse Database optimization, Database administration, Data Modelling, backup and Disaster recovery.
- Capable of innovating on the exponentially increasing data volumes is key to cater not just to cater to the volumes, variety and velocity of today but also for the future
- Lead customer calls for discussions, reviews and deliveries.
