Job description :
Looking for candidate with Solid Admin experience and not just product development.
- 12 years of experience in IT industry
- 4-6 years' experience working in Master Data Management
- 2 years' Experience supporting Tier 1 (24X7 ) applications
- 5 years' experience working in operational capacity supporting SAAS platforms (SFDC, Third party SAAS products like Workday / ADP / Reltio etc)
- 2 years' experience Reltio MDM platform support experience / trained and certified in Reltio platform operations / support
- 3-4 years' experience with AWS Cloud tech stack
- Should be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex Production issues
- In depth exposure to monitoring tools such as Spluk, DataDog, Cloud Watch
