Job Description :
Required Skills for a PeopleSoft Administrator:
Expertise in PeopleSoft application modules (HR, Finance, Supply Chain etc.)
Strong understanding of People-Code, Application Designer, and other PeopleSoft development tools
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle)
Experience with web server technologies (e.g., WebLogic)
System Administration:
Installing, configuring, and upgrading PeopleSoft applications
Managing system environments (development, testing, production)
Performing system refreshes and data migrations
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues
Implementing security measures including user access controls and data encryption
User Management:
Creating and managing user accounts and access levels
Defining user roles and assigning appropriate permissions
Managing user provisioning and de-provisioning processes
Customization and Development:
Implementing system customizations through People-Code and application designer tools
Working with developers to integrate PeopleSoft with other systems
Creating custom reports and dashboards
