Basic Qualifications
5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on Al-driven products, such as conversational Al agents, generative Al, or Al co-pilots.
• Deep understanding of Al/ML technologies, including experience working with large language models (LLMs) generative Al technologies. Familiarity with Al infrastructure, data pipelines, and model fine-tuning.
• Proven track record of taking Al products from concept to launch, focusing on solving real customer problem Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to work closely with engineers to iterate on models and improve pe
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex Al concepts and product strategies to diverse including senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Leadership: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Al-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and a focus on creating magical user experiences.
• Customer Focus: Advocate for the end-user by integrating design thinking and user research to ensure our Al products deliver delightful, intuitive, and valuable experiences.
Execution: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality Al solutions, managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to prioritize features, make informed trade- offs, and optimize product performance continuously.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product, to develop scalable and reliable Al-powered experiences.
• Executive Communication: Present clear, compelling product strategies and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, aligning them with the product vision and securing support.
