Job Description:
- Strong understanding of the SAP SD module, including pricing, billing, delivery, and customer master data management.
- SAP SD OTC consultant/Lead with 10 - 15 years of exp, preferably certified.
- Hands on experience in incident analysis, problem solving , handle offshore team, cascade information on time to offshore and work on customer updates.
- Experience working in 2 support engagement. Analyzing and resolving technical issues related to SAP SD/OTC functionalities, including errors, data inconsistencies, batch jobs and system performance problems
- Experience with the complete "Order-to-Cash" process in a business environment working with stake holders li.e,.Directors, Sr.Directiors, Vps and leadership teams
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD configurations.
- Providing technical guidance and training to end-users on navigating the SAP SD/OTC module, addressing queries, and resolving user-specific issues.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
