Job Description:
SucessFactors certifications in Compensation and/or Career Development and Succession Planning
Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
Designing and Implementing of end to end compensation cycles workflows and business rules.
Knowledge in Variable pay configurations, STI and LTI configurations
Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution
Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for payroll.
Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
Good understanding of Compensation Cycle Management processes in global organization
Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
