Job Title: Senior Business Analyst w/d strong mortgage Exp
Location: New York City, NY (1211 6th Ave #4100, New York, NY 10036) – Hybrid Role
This is Contract to hire role
Position Overview: The Business Analyst is responsible to providing daily support to the management team by providing technical support and enhancements.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide Project Analyst and management support as directed by project leader.
- Manage and track project related activities and report status as needed.
- Facilitate accurate and timely completion of business and technical activities as required.
- Additional Administrative tasks as required and assigned by project leader/team.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At minimum, high school diploma, with at least two years of work experience in a professional office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good understanding of Banking and Capital Markets, specifically Mortgage industry
- Strong understanding of Mortgage lifecycle (Origination, Servicing and Closing)
- Understanding of any Mortgage platforms would be helpful
- A strong team attitude and works well with others
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
- Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and Outlook proficiency
- Mortgage Industry experience a plus
