Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences
Professional Certification
· CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRM (Required or equivalent)
· ITIL v3 or 4 (Required)
· ServiceNow CSA (Required)
· 2 ServiceNow Security & Risk Certifications (Required)
