Job Description:
- ServiceNow platform engineering with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident,
- Problem, Change, Rot and Configuration Management and security / regulatory disciplines
- Industry and project experience of 8 years with ServiceNow
- Experience of significant Service Now implementations which span ITSM and security / regulatory disciplines
- Good understanding of ServiceNow capabilities
- Strong experience working with ServiceNow platform essential modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM,
- GRC, SecOps, HR, IM, Service Requests Management with SLAs, Knowledge Management, Discovery)
- Experience in S2P & MDM setup in EC Pro, Service Catalogs, Integrations.
- Designing, engineering and configuring ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology
- Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
- Thorough knowledge on workflows, tables, script, flow designer and integration hub.
- Excellent knowledge on Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies, database design schemas and data modelling
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage development teams, customers and stakeholder expectations
- Knowledge and experience of Infrastructure Operations, migration as well as ServiceNow Integration with
- Third party system.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
