Minimum Position Qualifications :

  • 10 years of experience in Product Design, User Experience, User Interface, User Research or related fields.
  • Any experience in an Agile software environment.
  • Proficient in using design and authoring tools such as Figma.
  • In-depth understanding of UI and design systems; knowledge of latest design trends and their role in the commercial environment.
  • Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Portfolio demonstrating previous experience in UI and problem-solving approaches.
  • Ability to make deliberate, customer-driven design decisions that translate high-level requirements into thoughtful, intuitive, functional interfaces.
  • Work closely with Senior Product Designers, product managers, software engineers, other designers, and user researchers.
  • Foster seamless collaboration within the design team and cross-functional stakeholders.
