Job Summary and Qualifications

As part of the Trident Health Imaging Leadership team, the Freestanding ER Imaging Coordinator performs Radiological and computerized tomography (CT) diagnostic procedures as outlined by the Radiologist.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Operates diagnostic equipment, processes images and prepares room with the necessary equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Responsible for educating and training staff technologists on existing and new procedures as well as quality control needs as determined by Medical Imaging Management team.
• Responsible for developing employee departmental schedules, annual employee evaluations, clerical, patient scheduling, transportation, ordering supplies, inventory, cleaning, and anything deemed necessary by the Medical Imaging Management Team.

• ARRT registered in Radiography and CT, SCRQSA and BLS Required.
• Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology and certified by the ARRT. CT registry required.
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience preferred.
