Your Role as a Commercial Real Estate Agent:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial sales and leasing. Work with property owners, investors, and developers to facilitate transactions. Conduct market research and financial analysis to support client decisions. Negotiate lease and purchase agreements with confidence and expertise. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients. Stay informed on market trends, zoning regulations, and property values.
What You Need to Succeed:
An active real estate license. 3 years of experience in a front line sales/leasing position Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and networking skills. The ability to develop and execute strategic business plans. Self-motivation and effective time management.
