Inventory and Warehouse Supervisor

Centre WISP is a Fixed Wireless Internet Service Provider in Central PA. We also provide fiber optic internet access to homes and businesses in Centre and Mifflin counties under the brand name Black Bear Fiber.

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control and Warehouse Supervisor to manage our inventory and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and implementing efficient inventory management processes. This role is crucial in supporting our day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our business.

Duties

• Manage and take ownership over all aspects of inventory control, including tracking stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Utilize analytics and tools to generate reports on inventory performance and trends.
• Implement and maintain a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline inventory processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and shippers to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming shipments.
• Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies to develop corrective actions.
• Coordinate with field operations, installers, and management to align inventory levels with construction and installation schedules.

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role within inventory or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in databases for data management and reporting.
• Ability to navigate and utilize various software applications effectively.
• Ability to use cloud storage solutions (e.g., Google Drive)
• Proficient in using email and other communication tools
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Experience in receiving operations is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
