Centrex Rehab is looking for an Occupational Therapist to work full-time (30-40 hours per week) split between Horizons Health Care and Retirement Community located in Eckert and Valley Manor Care Center located in Montrose. This job site is near the Grand Mesa National Forest and the Gunnison National Park, providing a wealth of outdoor recreation options, perfect for an outdoor enthusiast! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, enjoy helping people, and be passionate about making a difference. We are offering a generous 30k-40k bonus for signing on with us!

This position and location is eligible for:
- Hourly base pay rate between $34.68 and $44.55 depending on years of experience
- Signing bonus of $30,000 (30 hours) to $40,000 (40 hours)
