We are seeking a Physical Therapist to work PRN at our Lakeside Generations rehab department located in Dassel, MN. The position and location is eligible for:

Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved School of Therapy
- Current license/registration in the State of MN
- Experience working within a SNF environment is a plus
