Centrex Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant to work full-time (40 hours per week) working traveling between Valley Manor Care Center in Montrose, CO and Horizons Health Care and Retirement Community in Eckert, CO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, enjoy helping people, and be passionate about making a difference. We are offering a 40k bonus for signing on with us!
Note: Must be a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to be considered for this job.

This position and location is eligible for:
- Hourly base pay rate between $27.83 and $36.25 depending on years of experience
- Generous $40,000 signing bonus
