**Key Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include implementing learning programs, collecting data on target behaviors, communicating with stakeholders, maintaining client confidentiality, and regularly meeting with your direct leader. You will also adapt teaching techniques to various physical and mental behaviors to provide one-on-one developmental and behavioral support.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of one year experience working with children ages 0-18 in a daycare or classroom setting, as well as a minimum of one year experience working one-on-one with clients in a behavioral health environment. You must also be able to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test (if you haven't had one in the past year).
