Job Description
As an Autism Therapy Specialist, you will provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training methods. You will work closely with BCBA/BCs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong understanding of technology to record data on mobile devices and navigate digital applications
- Strong cultural competency and ability to remain flexible and open-minded
