We're seeking an Aspiring BCBA for our Tempe Center!
Centria is investing in Next-Gen Clinical Leaders!
We have the leadership in place to support at least 1 Clinician-in-training at Centria's ABA Center for all-ages, located next door to our LSAA.
Requirements :
- Muar be currently enrolled in an ABA Masters program in accordance with the BACB guidelines
- have at minimum of 500-hours of fieldwork accrued in order to be considered.
The Basics
Title : Behavior Consultant Trainee (BCT)
Type : Full-time, Salary, Center-based
Location : 8260 S. Hardy Dr. Suite 110B, Tempe, AZ 85284
Center Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 8 : 00pm
A BCT has flexibility with their schedule, which will include a 40-hour work week, may be made up of a mixture of days and afternoons, and could vary according to center needs.
Compensation : $55,000 - $65,000 per year (negotiable) monthly bonus opportunity

A Supervising Clinician at Centria is someone that believes in Centria's core values, as well as respects the values of our clients. What you'll bring to the table :
Working Conditions :
Expect to work 8-hours per day, 5 days per week. Exact schedule may vary but will fall within clinics operating hours.
This particular position is center-based.
Physical Requirements :
While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be exposed to a client who exhibits physically aggressive behavior, which can include kicking, pinching, punching, biting, etc. The team member may have to use appropriate behavior management techniques with a client under such circumstances. Such a response requires agility, quick reflexes, and the ability to use physically evasive movement. The team member will be required to stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, hear, type, and write. The team member will also be exposed to normal office conditions and usual office equipment such as phone, computer, copiers, files, etc. The team member must be able to independently push, pull, lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near, far, and field of vision.
