We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism reach their full potential.
About the Role:
- You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Our clients require a high level of physical activity, so you must be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and at times carrying children or objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.
