Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician
We are seeking compassionate caregivers to work one-on-one with children and families with autism to implement learning programs, collect data on target behaviors, communicate with stakeholders, maintain client confidentiality, and regularly meet with their direct leader.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt teaching techniques to various physical and mental behaviors to provide one-on-one developmental and behavioral support.
- Partner with a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavioral intervention plans.
- Use evidence-based techniques to engage actively with children with physical activity.
Requirements:
- A passion about helping children with autism and making a real difference in their lives.
- A minimum of one year experience working with children ages 0-18 in a daycare, classroom setting preferred.
- A minimum of one year experience working one-on-one with clients in a behavioral health environment preferred.
