Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavioral Intervention Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with children and their families to develop and implement personalized behavioral intervention plans.
As a Behavioral Intervention Assistant, you will partner with a Behavior Analyst to adapt teaching techniques to various physical and mental behaviors. You will also use evidence-based techniques to engage actively with children with physical activity, which may include standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and at times carrying children or objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.

What We Look For
- A passion for working with children with autism and their families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test (if not previously obtained)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
