What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Development Coach position at Centria Autism?
As a Child Development Coach at Centria Autism, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with autism and their families. You will work closely with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role, even if you don't currently have experience. You will learn how to create a safe and supportive environment for children, promoting their emotional and behavioral growth.
This position requires individuals who are comfortable with physical activity and are able to lift children or objects that weigh up to 50 pounds. You will need to be patient and resilient when working with children who may exhibit unpredictable behaviors.
