About Centria Healthcare

Every child deserves the brightest future and Centria Autism Services is on a mission to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) have the best developmental experience possible while acquiring the skills to succeed in the world on their own terms. Too many children with ASD are untreated or undertreated and Centria is committed to reaching every child in need and their families with interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis that meet – and exceed best practices. Our Optimal Outcomes Model(TM) looks at the whole-child, engages families in aspirational treatment planning and leverages team-based care to allow BCBA's to focus on clinical issues and support Centria's dedication to quality, family satisfaction and developmental outcomes. Founded in 2009, Centria now operates in 13 states and is working hard to develop approaches to sustain quality while reaching tens of thousands of children across the country; we use data-driven analytics and sophisticated software platforms to constantly evaluate our quality and performance, and develop new approaches to supporting our clients and their families on their journey.

Position Summary

The Clinical Communication Specialist is instrumental in supporting the Chief Clinical Officer by producing superior written content that communicates Centria's core values and mission effectively. This role requires exceptional writing skills for creating and managing long-form content across multiple platforms. While the role also involves assisting with podcast and video production, the primary focus is on crafting compelling written narratives that enhance our brand's visibility and articulate our industry leadership.

Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, flawless execution of tasks, a prompt, positive customer service experience for team members, and an elevated level of compliance. The key performance indicators (KPIs) would focus on content engagement, volume, and quality of the individual's work. Content engagement metrics such as shares, comments, likes, and overall engagement on published content across platforms are critical, alongside tracking the increase in followers or subscribers. The volume and frequency of produced content, such as the number of blog posts, social media posts, and articles per quarter. Assessing the quality of the work, including the rate of revisions and internal feedback scores on content quality, is essential for supporting high standards. Contribution to podcast and video projects can be evaluated by the number of episodes supported, audience growth metrics like listens and views, and subscriber increases. Ensuring brand consistency across all content and assessing internal stakeholder satisfaction, particularly feedback from the Chief Clinical Officer, will provide insights into the effectiveness of communication strategies. Lastly, the introduction and impact of innovative content initiatives will be instrumental in keeping the content dynamic and engaging. These KPIs provide a comprehensive framework for evaluating the success and impact of the Clinical Communication Specialist in enhancing the organization's communication efforts.
