His care team describes him as “really cute,” and his family is eager to find the right nurse to support him.
Position Details
Without home health nurses, these children would live at the hospital never knowing what it feels like to be home. YOU can make a difference- even if it is only one day a week.

Position Details
- Location: Benton Harbor, MI
- Schedule: 12 hour day shifts
- Patient: 9-month-old baby boy requiring skilled nursing care
- Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care and monitoring in a home setting
- Support developmental and daily care needs
- Collaborate with family and medical team for best outcomes
- Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
- Pediatric experience preferred (but we’re open to training the right candidate!)
- Ventilator or tracheostomy experience is a plus, but not required—training may be available
- A nurse who is reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working in a home setting

Responsibilities
- Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
- TBI SCI rehabilitation
- Adult/ Pediatrics
- Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training Provided)
- Gastrostomy tube care (Training Provided)
- Dispensing medications
- Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions.
- Report any changes
- Document observed changes
- Communicates effectively with Clinical team to increase optimal outcomes
- Maintains professional nature within the home setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software
- Current state license as an RN or LPN
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
- CPR certified
