Responsibilities

• Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
• Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions.
• Report any changes
• Document observed changes
• Assisting with daily living
  
  

Required Qualifications, Skills, And Knowledge

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software
• Maintains a current valid Driver License and Auto Insurance, proof and updates must be provided to the Compliance Department
• Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
• Current flu vaccine
