What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapeutic Caregiver position at Centria Autism?
We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate professionals to join our team as Therapeutic Caregivers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children with autism, supporting their behavioral development and well-being.
As a member of our team, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work one-on-one with children, using evidence-based methods to help them reach their full potential.
Our comprehensive training program will prepare you for success in this role, even if you don't currently have experience. You will learn how to create a safe and supportive environment for children, promoting their emotional and behavioral growth.
This position requires individuals who are comfortable with physical activity and are able to lift children or objects that weigh up to 50 pounds. You will need to be patient and resilient when working with children who may exhibit unpredictable behaviors.
