The Opportunity :
As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the clinical management of a specialized caseload, focusing on patients with conditions such as SCI, TBI, respiratory failure, and complex pediatric and adult needs. You'll lead and mentor a team of nurses and aides, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role demands a blend of advanced clinical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
