Centria Healthcare is looking to hire caring, professional, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to join our team.
Our hiring requirements include : CPR, TB, Valid Driver's License and current auto insurance policy with your name listed on the policy.

Responsibilities :
- Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
- Monitor patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise
- Observe the client's physical, mental, and emotional conditions / document and record changes in the patient condition
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment
- Assist with daily living activities, such as dressing or taking a bath
- Adhere to professional standards, facility care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements
