Centria Healthcare is seeking skilled Private Duty Nurses to provide one-on-one in-home care to children and adults across Michigan, including Ypsilanti, Whitmore Lake, Northville, Commerce, Canton, Saline, Ann Arbor, Romulus, and many more.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care
- Educate families on disease management and home care best practices
Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in home healthcare, pediatrics, or critical care (preferred but not required)
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing high-quality care
