In this role, you will:

• Support the Salesforce product lead on Salesforce Marketing Cloud stabilization, Qualtrics integration, and Marketing Cloud reporting
• Complete migration of the Indiana Salesforce Business Unit ensuring a seamless transition and integration with existing systems (including Salesforce Data Cloud, web portal, OMS, and SAP).
• Migration of existing Ohio journey triggers from SAP to Data Cloud.
• Content standardization across locations to maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and communication.
• Implementation of robust business processes, controls, and standards for communications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Streamline and automate the process of updating directory information to ensure data accuracy and reduce manual effort, increasing efficiency and speed to market.
• Create and document a data model to support the organization, storage, and retrieval of data within the Qualtrics platform.
• Automate the monthly customer relationship survey and integrate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Partner with digital workplace experience SME on buildout of SharePoint as a repository for business processes and reporting.

Who You Are:

• At least 2.5 years of experience executing similar responsibilities.
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL, and SharePoint.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site at Indianapolis client location.
• Quarterly travel to Ohio location
