- Manage training catalog with third party training partner
- Manage skills management tool
- Create an IT job rotation/shadowing program
- Provide guidance for career path and development
- Create IT job descriptions
- Create competencies for IT roles
- Background in HR, Talent Development, Talent Management and related areas
- Experience creating career development programs for IT roles
- Experience developing onboarding programs
- Experience developing training curriculums
- Experience working in large complex organizations
